DILATAN® 20-23-27mm is a cryo-thermal anal dilatator kit containing 3 different sizes Dilators with a maximal dianeter respectively of 20mm, 23mm and 27mm. The DILATAN® should only be used when advised by a physician. 
Additional sizes are available in 18-20mm, 23-27 mm and 30 mm Dilatan Plus kits, offering patients the most suitable size for their individual anatomy and needs.
Dilatan represents the peak of modern development for dilatation therapy, as the normal mechanical effect is here additionally supplemented by cryothermal therapy.
